There is plenty to learn online, much of it free. What is missing is someone to set a realistic project, look at your attempt and say what to change. That is what a mentor does here.

SUBMISSION 1
Sales dashboard for a fictional campus store: four weeks of orders, a net-sales total, a weekly trend chart and a top-products table. Net sales = sum of order totals.
MENTOR REVIEW
The trend chart reads well. Three things to change. (1) Net sales should exclude returns; your source has a returns column you have not used, so the headline number is overstated. (2) The top-products table ranks by quantity but the title says revenue; pick one and label it. (3) Add a note on the dashboard saying which weeks are included and when the data was last refreshed. Resubmit with a short note on what changed.

Your mentor recommends external courses and videos, many of them free, and tells you what to focus on first. You study in your own time.

Apply the concepts to tasks and projects. Bring your first attempt, the decisions you made and the questions you encountered.

Your mentor reviews your submission and writes back with specific changes. You revise, resubmit and, from Level 2, practise explaining it in mock interviews.

- After Level 2 · 6 months
- A full project of your own with its revision history on GitHub or in a portfolio, a resume that describes it accurately, and mock-interview notes.
- After Level 3 · 6 months
- A larger project, a portfolio and LinkedIn profile reviewed against the roles you chose, and application guidance for them.
- After Level 4 · 6 months
- A multi-part project with a system design and architecture review, and interview preparation for the roles you are targeting.

Do you teach courses or provide video lessons?
No. You learn from external courses and videos we recommend, many of them free. GullyMentor provides mentoring, practice projects, reviews, feedback and career preparation.
Do I need a Career Audit before mentorship?
No. Level 1 has no prerequisite. The ₹1,180 Career Audit is an optional written assessment for people who want a mentor's view before choosing a track or level.
Will this guarantee a new job?
